One of the first pieces I created for the sake of learning/practice. I didn't exactly know where I was going with it, but I knew eventually as more work was put into it the better I would see the bigger picture. It ended up becoming a "call and email us" oriented goal with the negative reinforcement strategy. This is where I started understanding my own system.
